CEO Christmas Message
As we come to the end of term, I would like to say a huge thank you to our amazing children and young people across Brunel who we have the privilege to teach and to care for. It is wonderful to observe our children and young people engaging in their learning, making progress and enjoying themselves. I would also like to thank each and every one of our parents and carers for their continued engagement and support.
I would like to thank our incredible staff who continue to work tirelessly as a team, putting the children and young people at the heart of everything they do. We also have an amazing team of dedicated and committed Members, Trustees, Governors and volunteers who I would like to personally thank for their services to Brunel.
Brunel continues to face challenges in our provisions when they are expected to do more with less but with our can-do attitude we continue to provide safe, supportive and inclusive provisions by doing it differently together. We continue to focus on recruitment as a priority, working hard to ensure we recruit and retain the right people in the right roles. At the heart of Brunel will always be our mission to significantly improve life chances and outcomes for all children and young people.
We look forward to the New Year when the Somerset Road Education Trust, from Salisbury, join Brunel as we continue our expansion into Wiltshire.
I wish you all a happy and restful Christmas.
Best Wishes,
Jackie Fieldwick (nee Smith) MBE
